ES: I am currently operating on a solo exhibit titled “The hearth in her eyes.” This exhibit as a entire is meant to be a commentary about the strategies in which colorism, texturism, and internalized racism in the black group have been closely influenced by Eurocentric expectations of elegance. Some pieces will be visual translations of my lived activities as a Black lady in the United States. Other items will emphasize the energy, and sensuality of the black female type while checking out themes of sexuality, gender expression, and self-acceptance. The show is tentatively established for November 2022. 

CA: I’m dying to go even bigger and bolder with image shoot staging! I have so lots of thoughts in my head of what I might love to do.
